Your First Visit

Your first visit will take up to an hour. This will be made up of a 30 minute introduction to the practice by one of our Reception Team and a 30 minute consultation with your dentist.

During the introduction we will show you around the practice with all its facilities and explain how we work. There will also be various pieces of paperwork to complete, these include:

• A medical history form
  (please bring details of any medications that you are taking)
• A smile check to let us know how happy you are with your teeth
• A personal details record
• An agreement form to sign up to one of our plans
  (please bring your bank details with you)

Once you have had your consultation with the dentist, you will receive a detailed treatment plan and have an opportunity to ask any questions that you may have.
