Cancellations
An appointment is a personal amount of surgery time reserved exclusively for you. If you have to cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice (a fee may be charged for appointments broken without 24 hours’ notice). This fee will depend on the surgery time that we have lost. Advance notice of cancellation enables us to offer your appointment to another patient and avoids the above fee.
No further appointments will be made until this fee has been paid. Should patients have fees outstanding for more than 7 working days, we reserve the right to immediately de-register them from our practice.
How do I register?
Please call in at the practice where an agreement will be completed. This will require your signature and bank account details for the Direct Debit Mandate. Direct Debits are collected from your account on the 8th of every month. Any patient enrolling before the 27th of each month will benefit from cover from the 8th of the following month. Alternatively, fill in the on-line registration form and we will pop an agreement in the post to you.
