Here are some common questions we get asked by our patients:

Who can benefit?

Almost anyone, if you are over 18, below 80 and a UK resident, subject to status and usual credit checks. You don’t have to belong to a membership plan and you don’t need to be a regular visitor at this practice. Access to facilities will be subject to an online credit application.

What can I use it for?

You can use our finance options for just about any treatment we provide, although they’re particularly suited to cosmetic, restorative, orthodontic and dental implant treatments.

What’s the minimum and maximum I can finance?

Our range of finance facilities cover any treatment which costs over £750* and up to a maximum of £50,000.

How do I make the repayments?

Much like any other finance facilities, you repay them in monthly payments over an agreed term.

These payments are collected by Direct Debit.

How much will I pay?

With our interest-free facilities, you pay the cost of your treatment – no more, no less. We can provide you with a quotation that shows the monthly payment over the term of the loan. A 30% deposit will be required however there are no additional costs on the balance.

What are the repayment terms?

Designated members of the practice team will be able to go through the two terms so you can decide which option is appropriate for you, either six, ten or 12 months.

How do I apply?

Once your treatment plan and costs have been agreed, you’ll be able to complete an easy-to-use online credit application. A 30% deposit is required

How long does approval take?

The application takes just a few minutes to complete and the decision is given instantly. If your application is approved, we can schedule treatment following the mandatory 14-day ‘cooling-off’ period.

What if the cost of treatment changes?

We will let you know as soon as the situation arises. Should treatment costs increase, you can, depending on the amount, choose to have an additional finance option to cover the extra costs, subject to further credit status and affordability checks. If costs decrease, options can be discussed with the credit provider.

How often can I use the facility?

You can apply for finance for each course of treatment, subject to the usual credit check.

Who is the credit provider?

The dental practice and Tabeo Finance are credit brokers and not lenders. All credit is provided by Tabeo finance which acts as the lender.

  • PART 1 OF REVIEW I was referred to El Nashar in Newton Abbot after my then Dentist in Chudleigh failed to look after my needs. My top front teeth needed urgent repair and I was initially seen by Dr Joanna Sutcliffe. The advice and help I received from commencement has been really good and I am now awaiting a bespoke moulded top teeth fitting to enable me to move forward with teeth !! Initially, I had to see a Hygienist, Sian Baldwin 3 times, and because of her advice I changed my brushing regime to be more thorough. I will return with an update once my treatment is completed. So far everyone is really friendly and give a great service PART 2 OF REVIEW Following my initial review, I am happy to report that I now have an installed set of El Nashar "Gnashers" as my top front teeth !! A bespoke installation thanks to the wonderful handiwork and measurements of Dr Joanna and her brilliant assistant Mary. Right from the start, my experience has been 5 Star. All staff are polite, helpful, and ready to assist. My hygienist, Sian Baldwin, taught me how to properly look after my teeth and I am most grateful for that. I now clean my teeth differently and more thoroughly than I have ever done. With my new El Nashar "Gnashers" from Dr Joanna's design, I am good to go !!!   • I cannot speak highly enough of everyone at this practice. After a lifetime of dental anxiety, I had my first filling today, and it was completely pain free (can't believe I'm saying that!). A huge thank you to Rajesh and Kera for making the procedure such a positive experience, and to Tiffany, the Treatment Co-Ordinator, for taking the time to prepare and reassure me both before the appointment and on the day itself. I felt genuinely cared for from start to finish and would highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially if you're nervous about visiting the dentist.

  • Had my appointments today first with hygienist Erica who is always fantastic, she takes great care, is really patient (which i really do appreciate, as I'm a nervous patient when it comes to the dentist) she's very thorough too, she was with Stacey today who was just as lovely & polite. It's lovely to have Erica back, she was missed during her maternity! I then had my check up with Mark who deals with our whole family, he's always professional, so cheery, chatty & friendly! All in all (as dentist appointments go) a great visit & no further treatment required atm 😅 The reception team were as lovely as always very helpful & smiley. I'll be back in 6 months thanks team El Nashar 🙌
