Cancellations

An appointment is a personal amount of surgery time reserved exclusively for you. If you have to cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice (a fee may be charged for appointments broken without 24 hours notice). This fee will depend on the surgery time that we have lost. Advance notice of cancellation enables us to offer your appointment to another patient and avoids the above fee.

No further appointments will be made until this fee has been paid. Should patients have fees outstanding for more than 7 working days, we reserve the right to immediately de-register them from our practice.
