Cancellations

An appointment is a personal amount of surgery time reserved exclusively for you. If you have to cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice (a fee may be charged for appointments broken without 24 hours notice). This fee will depend on the surgery time that we have lost. Advance notice of cancellation enables us to offer your appointment to another patient and avoids the above fee.

No further appointments will be made until this fee has been paid. Should patients have fees outstanding for more than 7 working days, we reserve the right to immediately de-register them from our practice.

What Our Patients Say About Us

  • I have been terrified of going to the dentist due to awful experiences in the past but was made to feel totally at ease and comfortable here. All the staff were very friendly and understanding. My Dentist was calm, gentle and very understanding of my fears and worries. I was never made to feel pushed and at the slightest sense of discomfort I was helped to feel better. I feel like I can go back here and move forward thanks to their very professional and understanding approach.

  • Our dentist Lesley always takes the time to help support and encourage my daughter to care for her teeth. With oral sensory issues, Lesley came up with suggestions and has educated C so much she is now wanting to care for her teeth to show Lesley next visit! 😊

  • Cannot fault this practise. My children come here to see Lesley who is by far the best dentist for anyone even slightly nervous. All the staff are polite and courteous and if you keep your appointments they are always happy to accommodate your timing needs.
